WHAT WE DO
Bark n' Grain started from a passion to recycle,things.We were making all kinds of goodies from recycled odds and ends when we were approached by a well known food stylist doing a TV commercial shoot to manufacture some wooden articles and some chopping boards for her.We had never made up any thing like this before, all we had lying around were some recycled wooden pallets and chunks of odd wood picked up at a dump yard and I suppose as they say the rest is history., Bark n' Grain was born.

We now handmake boards for numerous food & decor stylists, prop houses and handcraft boards for personal gifts which is what you the public can buy from us.
We try use wood from natually fallen or felled trees from in and around Cape Town which makes the process of making a beautiful handcrafted chopping,serving,cheese board that much more unique and special.

We pride ourselfs on the facr that we are not a huge factory pushing out 100's of the same boards, but rather that each and every board we make is handmade and unique which makes it once again very special.

We do Personal orders for e.g Weddings gifts,, Christmas gifts,, Personalised Birthday gifts, so if you are looking for something special or you have something in mind email or contact us,we would love to try and help

BUYING A BARK N' GRAIN BOARD
If you would like to buy a Bark n' Grain board see the SHOP page below for pricing and info. You can purchase one or more of our boards by simply emailing or contacting us by using our contact details below in the contact us section.
You will receive your unique Bark n' Grain board in a beautiful recycled box wrapped in soft tissue paper with a specially made Bark n' Gran tag & rope.
All Bark n' Grain boards are made by hand , if we are making something for you that is not in our shop , some products may take up to 5 working days to be delivered,please inquire when placing your order
Payments : We require a 50% deposit on all specially made up orders We accept EFT (Bank transfer) or C.O.D
Please note :As mentioned before because we use wood from natural fallen or felled trees ,our boards have some natural visible imperfections e.g.. hairline & larger cracks which we fill by hand with pieces and chips of natural wood,see pics in SHOP section
